- If you are under the age of 18 you will have to obtain the approval of your parents or legal guardians to enter the Giveaways.
- Employees of SOUL are not eligible to participate.
- To participate in this campaign, you must purchase SOUL product. We may request you to provide us with proof of purchase.
- The Giveaways shall start and close on the date specified on the SOUL Instagram and/or landing page. Entries after the closing date will not be allowed.
- Share to Win landing page will explain the entry procedure.
- There is no entry fee to enter the Giveaways. Only one entry will be accepted per purchase, unless explicitly stated otherwise on Instagram and/or Landing page.
- The winner will be chosen by SOUL on a monthly basis.
- The winner will be notified by DM on Instagram via our official account within 5 business days after the last day of the month.
- If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 48 hours, SOUL reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- SOUL’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Giveaway will be final and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.
- The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered
- The prizes are not transferable.
- Prizes are subject to availability and SOUL reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- We ship globally. No shipment spending is requested.
- Participants agree that by using the Giveaway hashtag on Instagram, SOUL may use the content in any manner and in any medium for its marketing purposes without additional approval or compensation being required, including but not limited to reposting on SOUL Instagram and website.
