Make sure you remove the S-NANO Bluetooth profile on your device first before resetting

Make sure that your charge case is charged and then place the earbuds in the case and that they are being charged

As your earbuds are in the case, press and hold the touch control buttons on both sides for at least 10 seconds until the white LEDs turn off.
3๋จ๊ณ
The S-NANO will light up again indicating that the reset is complete and will be charged while inside the case.
Your S-NANO is now ready to be connected to your Bluetooth device.
