• Your volume may be at 0%. Increase the volume to a level that suits your preference.

No Sound from One Side

• Try different sound output settings on your device or music app.

How to turn on Audio Transparency Mode?

• Simply hold the touch control to switch to Audio Transparency Mode.  You will hear a voice prompt when activated.
